Through carbon offsetting with our gas supplier Flogas, we have offset the equivalent of 863 tonnes of carbon. That's the equivalent of flying 2339 miles of making 7838 cups of tea.

Many people have tried to understand how to stop crying when cutting onions by freezing the onion, soaking it in water, cutting in a certain way, using a spoon, the list is endless but unfortunately, they still make you cry. All that has now changed thanks to BASF developing Sunions™ – a great tasting, sweet and tearless onion which took over 25 years of R&D to develop an industry first brown, tearless and sweet onion variety.

Too little too late seems a like a phrase thrown around about the Government regarding our industry all too often lately. Sadly the latest initiative released this evening where 16 sectors, including food production, have been chosen to make exemptions from isolation for workers who have been fully vaccinated is another one of those examples. It sounds like a great headline, however reading the small print, we find that business's have to apply to their relevant Government department and the exemption will only apply to a "limited number of named workers".
