That is the top grade available, and because we sit on the unannounced programme it was earned on an ordinary working day with no notice. It reflects how the site actually runs, not how it looks when we know someone is coming. Retaining it year after year doesn't come from a well-written procedure or a neat folder. It comes from 340 people doing the job properly when nobody is watching. Hygiene, traceability, records, challenging the thing that doesn't look right. Hundreds of small decisions every day that nobody outside the business ever sees. To everyone at Moulton Bulb and in particular to Sam Avill: thank you. Properly well done.
