Robert Oldershaw Snr
Chairman
As well as his role as Chairman of the Group, Robert has over 40 years' experience and has been instrumental in much of the cutting-edge R&D work undertaken by our industry.

John Grimwood
CEO
John is heavily involved with R&D on a practical level, with particular involvement in storage techniques and factory evolution, as well as keeping a tight control of the business financials.

Richard Greetham
Managing Director
Instrumental in the development of production, grading and storage facilities, Richard oversees the procurement, grader and packhouse teams as well as managing the overall site.

As well as managing customer accounts and recruiting new customers, Robert looks after the marketing and PR work alongside IT, technology and data management within the business.

Managing Director, Goldwood
Chris brings technical expertise and a very practical head to the board. Chris is Managing Director of our Goldwood factory and is integral to various CapEx projects within the business.

With a wealth of experience in the HR sector, Lucy heads up our HR team. Focusing on employee engagement, training and general HR, Lucy brings experience of manufacturing and the legal profession to our team.

Commercial & Packaging Manager
Elaine is key to our customer liaisons. Managing several customer accounts with a keen eye for detail and a meticulous work ethic, Elaine has built up an unparalleled knowledge of packaging and the current challenges around plastic reduction.

Site Technical Manager
Sam has been with us for over 40 years, working in our technical department and ensuring our internal systems and procedures are robust enough to secure our BRCGS accreditation.

Doug McNeil
Procurement Manager
Doug deals with our growers and suppliers, ensuring we have the right crop here at the right time. He is responsible for volume and price planning to feed the packing business with the highest quality at the best price.

Supply Chain Manager

John Brockway
Production Manager
With considerable experience managing our distribution team and overseeing the running of the site in the evenings, John has now turned his skills to day shift production.

David Sobczak
Raw Materials Manager
David joined us in 2011 and has worked his way up from general operative to stock controller and now Raw Materials Manager. He plays a pivotal role in managing our raw materials and our NIR grader, liaising with production, technical and quality teams.

Processing Factory Manager
Darren heads up our processing business and works closely with Chris to develop and grow this important part of our Group.
