We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our fast-paced food manufacturing business, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our managers, developing our people, and driving a positive, inclusive workplace culture. What You'll Be Doing

As our HR Advisor, you'll be at the centre of our people operations, providing expert advice, practical guidance, and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle.

Working closely with managers at all levels, you'll help build confidence in people management, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and foster a positive and engaged workforce.

 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations queries.
  • Coaching and developing managers to confidently handle people matters.
  • Preparing employment contracts, transfer documentation, and employee correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and audit trails.
  • Supporting HR systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Championing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion across the business.
  • Assisting with exciting HR projects and business-wide initiatives.
  • Managing a wide range of employee relations cases including:
    • Performance and capability
    • Investigations and disciplinary processes
    • Grievances
    • Short and long-term absence management
    • Probation reviews

What We're Looking For

You'll be a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships and solving people challenges.

You'll bring:

  • At least 3 years' HR experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple employee relations cases.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards it), or equivalent practical HR experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • A confident, approachable, and professional manner.
  • The ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
