HR Advisor

We are looking for an experienced motivated, passionate HR professional to join our busy HR department. You will be working as part of a team, supporting the site with all aspects of people related activity.

This is a great opportunity for a generalist HR Advisor to work collaboratively with our current HR Manager to provide employee relations advice and support across our busy food manufacturing site.

Your main duties will include proactively supporting and guiding managers in performance management process, disciplinary and grievance issues, managing absence and attendance and probation reviews.

You will manage the recruitment process to provide a full service to internal customers by actively understanding the requirements and sourcing the best candidates for your area.

• Strong communication skills with ability to relate to people at all levels and build strong relationships
• Tactful and approachable
• Confident working on their own and as part of a team
• CIPD qualification or proven experience in a similar role
• Ideally have proven experience in a food manufacturing site
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and detailed records with coherent audit trails
