Work with subject matter experts to maintain, update and develop standard operating procedures including working practice updates, coordinating and delivering training.
Work closely with the department managers and relevant HR lead to ensure the learning and development plans are progressed in a timely manner to ensure all employees receive the appropriate and desired standards of training required across the whole site.
Support the HR leads to drive change in their respective areas of the business by understanding the barriers and support needed through the use of quantitative and qualitative data, create training plans and fully embed the company values.
Support HR and managers to create SMART learning and development plans to increase desired standards across the site to support our values, increase engagement of staff and develop talent.
Maintain skills matrices and training records for all colleagues onsite.
Quality check, govern and validate training and competence standards are being met through regular audits.
Maintain the online Learning Management System.
Assist the HR team with employee relations administration(absence reporting, return to work documentation, investigations, disciplinary, performance management etc.)
