You know the summer is upon us when British Fresh Green Garlic makes an appearance. This year we have teamed up with Tom Herring, a farmer from Suffolk, who grows some fantastic quality garlic. We're really looking forward to seeing it on Waitrose shelves in the coming weeks but more so taking some home for the ultimate garlic bread. Wrap the bulb in tin foil, add a drizzle of olive oil and season. Throw it on the BBQ until it turns soft., then spread it on crusty bread. Delicious.
