Language Training The Oldershaw Group have embarked on a language training programme for its employees. The scheme is already proving successful with communication between employees and their management becoming increasingly easier which is leading to a safer and happier working environment.
Oldershaws of Moulton has always been conscious of its responsibilities to the local community. For many years, the company has supported Moulton Harrox Cricket Club. In 1999, by means of a sizeable donation, Oldershaws helped to launch the appeal to restore and replace the sails on Moulton windmill, the tallest mill in Europe. The following year a hectare of land was purchased as an amenity area for local children. Trees and bushes were planted on the boundaries and the field was sown with grass. Oldershaws continue to maintain the area free of charge.
In 2005, again Moulton Bulb sponsored a very successful Cookery Event put on by the local Macmillan Cancer Relief charity.
The Oldershaw Group are proud sponsors of the Spalding Rugby Club.
